The World’s First Silver Fender® Playable Guitar Pick
The soaring — and often searing — guitar solos by maestros like Buddy Holly, Jeff Beck, Ritchie Blackmore, Eric Clapton, Rory Gallagher, David Gilmour, George Harrison, and Jimi Hendrix are burned into our memories. Besides playing great music, these iconic musicians all have one thing in common: each used a Fender guitar to blaze his trail towards guitar god immortality. Now you can celebrate those music legends and the guitars they played with this commemorative guitar pick struck in highly pure 92.5% Sterling silver! Individually Numbered Fender Guitar Picks Released in 2021 on the 75th anniversary of Fender Guitars, this epic piece was struck by Switzerland’s Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux — better known as PAMP Suisse, one of the world’s most trusted refiners and fabricators of precious metals. Though not a legal-tender coin, this is an exacting replica of the 351 Shape Classic Extra Heavy Pick and features a groovy Art Deco pattern on both sides. The obverse bears a crisp strike of the Fender Logo done in the classic typography fans are used to seeing on the regular picks. The reverse shows the PAMP logo at its center while “2021,” “SILVER,” and “925” flank the reverse edges. Plus, each pick is individually serialized with its edition number displayed on the bottom of the reverse at the pick’s point! Unique Reverse Proof Finish This dazzling Sterling silver pick measures approximately 27.4 mm x 31.5 mm and comes with a unique Reverse Proof finish, meaning that it was expertly crafted by the mint from hand-selected planchets, polished dies and multiple strikes to produce mirror-like details rising over beautifully frosted fields. Regular proofs feature frosted details and mirror-like fields.
