This is the Privacy Policy for My Gold Limited, located at 7/147 Victoria Street West,  Auckland 1010, New Zealand (“MyGold”, “we”, “our” and “us”). MyGold is the entity collecting and managing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, share and secure the personal information that we collect about you.  It also describes your rights regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with any applicable terms and conditions relating to the use of and access to our website, products and/or services (collectively referred to in this policy as “Services”).

What personal information do we collect?

  6. testimonials, feedback, and other information which assists us in conducting our business, providing and marketing our services, and meeting our legal obligations.

If you provide us with personal information relating to or on behalf of another individual, you warrant and represent to us that you have obtained that individual’s authorisation to provide us with their personal information and have informed them of the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information in order for us to provide you with our Services, for us to conduct our business, contact you about MyGold and our services, and to meet our legal obligations. We may also collect information about you for any other purposes permitted by law.

You may view and edit this information at any time by logging in and going to your account.

Collection and Use of Information Collected Automatically

We receive and store certain types of information automatically whenever you interact with our website. This information generally does not reveal your identity directly but may include information about the specific device you are using, such as the hardware model, device ID, operating system version, web-browser software (such as Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer) and your Internet Protocol (IP) address/MAC address/device identifier.

Copies of correspondence sent by you, or from the website, that may contain your personal information, are stored as archives for record-keeping and back-up purposes only.
